Cohen Marshall vs. Jerome Carter

Both me and my partner like names that could be surnames so we used this as the middle name but just cant decide on a first name for our little boy. Alvin James, Cole Allen, Shanice McKenzie and Louisa Christie are older siblings. Thanks for your help!

Don’t use Cohen. It is offensive to Jews because Cohen has a significant religious meaning in Judaism.

I don’t think they really care if it’s offensive to Jews, the Jews will have to live with baby Cohen if he is named that. Carter Jerome is nicer than Jerome Carter.
