Penelope vs. Penny
Hey everyone! I need help. I love the names Penny and Penelope, but I don’t know which one to choose. I know that Penny can be a cute nickname for Penelope, but I don’t care for nicknames that shorten my child’s name. Should I just go with Penny or should I use Penelope. If I use Penelope, she will go by Penelope and not Penny. Please help me decide! Thanks!

I prefer a fuller name that will age well - penny might be cute when they are little but what about when they want to have a professional career. Penelope is more versatile in my opinion

I like Penny way more! Penelope reminds me of the girl with the big nose. Penny is more retro, reminds me of the 50s. Penny Lane is really cute.
