Pandora vs. Isadora vs. Persephone
I also like Isobelle but it’s out of the question because it’s too popular for me and my friend hates that name so much, and I love her so I couldn’t let her down. Persephone will probably be called Percy sometimes, but she won’t ALWAYS go by Percy. She’ll be called Persephone and Percy both daily. I vote for Isadora because it’s uncommon enough that there won’t be others, but not so uncommon that people will think it’s weird. Pandora has too negative a connotation and Persephone is a bit tacky IMO, although I’m just not a fan of mythological names in general.

I think Persephone will be pronounced per-se-fone and I thought Percy was a boy’s name. Pandora may get shortened to Panda and Isadora may be called Izzy. All nice names, just something to think about. Good Luck!

Persephone is a beautiful name, but seems hard to pronounce as spelled. Perhaps Persephani(e)?

Thanks for the advice. I don’t like the nickname Izzy, but I’ve known an Isabella and Isabelle who were older and never called Izzy, so I wasn’t really concerned about that one. For Pandora, I never even thought of the Panda thing. That one doesn’t really bother me though.
And I’ll keep Persephanie in mind, although I’m not really a fan of mixing up the spellings.
