Spelling a name differently doesn’t make it unique...it’s the same name it was before. Elieghna and Staceigh just look misspelled and your daughter would be correcting people for the rest of her life. I’d go with Elena Maria or Maria Elena! GL!

I have to say I’m not a fan of the spelling. I nanes my daughter Emilia as my husband couldn’t work out how to spell it amelia. She is nearly 2 and I regret it. Every time I have to book an appointment or take her to swimming lessons or play group I have to correct people who have spelt it incorrectly. I vote Elena Maria

Elena or Elaina is unique enough. Eleighna just looks odd, like you want it pronounced differently (and I do think most people would say eh-LEE-nah, because Leigh is usually LEE not LAY). So I vote Maria Eleighna, though I think Maria Elena would look better.
