Personally, I associate Leia with Star Wars and always read it as Lay-ah. So that would be my choice.

Otherwise, I think Leiya looks a bit weird and awkward. Laya is ok but it might be read as Lie-ah like Maya.

Maybe Laeya? It also looks slightly weird but I definitely think it would get the pronunciation you are going for.
