Heathcote vs. Pronunciation

I posted this yesterday, just reposting to get more answers, thanks. I saw this name on a baby name website and am wondering how to pronounce it and I can’t really find a clear answer. Is the Heath part pronounced like heth (Heather) or heath (Heathcliff)? And is the Cote part pronounced cut, kit, or coat? I’ve gotten different answers, mostly heth-kit and heath-coat. What do you think?

I’ve never seen the name - I live in the US and my first instinct would be Heath-Coat.
