I prefer Kyanna, and I think its a very pretty name. I picture a very pretty, sweet, but somewhat shy girl with brown hair and brown/hazel eyes. Good luck!

If you use the letter Y in that name, people may mistakenly pronounce it like Kye-anna (bit like the sound Eye-anna if you know what I mean!) I picture a very happy-go-lucky girl with tons of charisma!

I prefer it with an I. I would guess the child with this name is African American.
A friend of mine’s daughter is named Kiana but it is pronounced like Diana.
