Yes. I know what it means..and no, it does not work as a name. Notice the sound in the middle that sounds like a*s. Does not work.

Tenacity means persistence/determination. I personally don’t like it as a name. I really dislike "word" names and find the word very unattractive as a name choice. All I hear here is "acid" or "[removed]". The meaning is nice, I guess but I don’t find it a pretty name. I think all girls should be given "pretty", lovely sounding names.

But if you must go with Tenacity, I’d choose a different Middle name. Two "word" names are just too much. At least give her a feminine, classic, beautiful middle name

It means determined. It’s an admirable quality but it’s not attractive as name sorry. What about Erna, Enesta or Tiernan? They have the same meaning.

That is awful, I am not asking for a vocabulary lesson on Tenacity, I am trying to save your child from horrible teasing forever. I agree with poster 1, it does sound exactly like a** in the middle.

I don’t think it works, sorry.. Strongly advise you to find something else.
