I always thought it was spelled Aisha. When I was in school, there was a girl with this name and that’s how she pronounced it

Ayisha would be the easiest, phonetical-wise.

I looked it up, and found some other ways to spell it. It actually is a real name.

IESHA
’AISHA (it’s Arabic)

I know and Aisha and she pronounces her name A-Shuh and a lot of people mispronounce it Eye-shuh so I wouldn’t use that. I also know two Eye-ee-Shuh’s and they spells it Iesha and Ayisha. Thought i would warn you that where i come from this is considered a "ghetto" name. I think it is a cute name though, and most names where I come from are "ghetto". lol

I had a friend in my school called Iysha and you pronounce it Eye-e-sha so, that's how you can spell it because there are different ways.

This is my name. The correct Arabic way to say it is Eye-sha. However, the westernised version is Eye-ee-sha which is incorrect.
