Is this for a boy or a girl? I know it is a boys name, but all of the Carrington’s i knew were girls and some people called them Cara or Carrie. I like the spelling Carrington, but other spellings are

Kherrington
Charrington
Careington
Cerrington
Cherrington.

If it’s for a boy i like the middle names, Patrick, Henry or James or even Michael.

If its for a girl i like the middle name Amelia,Rose, Penelope, Francesca Genevieve, Rena,Lisette or Lyric.

I thought it was, and i totally prefer for a girl. It’s so pretty and theres something feminine about it. I really love the spelling Carrington, nicknames could be Carri/Carrie/Carry/Carey or Cara/Carra. I love the middle name Carrington Amelia or Carrington Rena. I would stick to something short because Carrington is long. Carrington Rose is also stunning! What spelling do you prefer, did you see any you like?

My name is Kerry and I gotta tell you there were a LOT of others with the same or variations of my name all throughout school - Carrie, Keri, Cara, Kerriann.....to me Kerrington is just another version of the same old thing. Adding "ton" to a name makes it too masculine and too much of a mouthful for the poor child to even say

Thanks Calla, Smile, Sara, and the rest! I really like Kherington (and the two I had in the poll). Kherington just stands out to me. I doubt I’ll giver her a nn. We already have a mn as well. Thanks for everything though! You guys helped. But if you think of any more spellings - keep them coming! :)
