nichole is the traditional way of spelling. i think if you are going to go with a traditional name then you should go with the traditional spelling.

I tend to think it looks bad spelled Nichole. I much prefer Nicole.

I much prefer Nicole which is the traditional French spelling. However, I like Nicolette even better.

Adding extra letters to a standard name is a disservice the the baby. They'll always have to explain, "It's spelled with an H after the C," and for what? Different spellings don't make a name yoonique; it's still the same name, just with an extra hoop to jump through, and everyone's gonna spell it wrong.

This is my daughter's middle name and I spell it with an H. I think the name Nichole is beautiful.😊

I really don't get the Nichole spelling. Nicole was created in the middle ages where the alternative spelling was created in the US in the 20th century. I don't see the idea of it being more elegant, it literally just added an extra letter. The original is great because you can just sound it out. Glad the vast majority of people are being reasonable
