Changing her vs. name

Hi, we’ve recently adopted a nine year old called Starry Nixie and we are thinking of changing her name. We have talked abut it with her, and she would like to change it too as ’Starry’ often gets made fun of. Wdyt about changing it? Is it too late? If not, could you suggest some names she may like?

We just adopted an eight yr old and changed her first name. She’s been with us a week and is getting used to her name quickly!

Love Molly, Harper and Melody! Starry and Nixie are just appalling. Molly Harper or Harper Melody would be absolutely gorgeous!

Molly and Melody are nice. I’m don’t like Harper its boyish and as a very modern trend name it will be outdated quickly/not age well.

Stella/Estelle/Estella all mean star.

Starlet is my name which is close to starry.
Keep her initials the same. How about

Sabrina
Stella
Samantha
Suzanne
Sylvia
Santina
Sandra

Or use Melody Nixie that’s cute. Molly is a new type of drug(its like naming her Brandy) and Harper is way to trendy and boyish.

If she wants to keep the same initials how about shaina nicole or Shaye Nicole if other initials let her puck one of her name as if you pick her middle name and she could choose whatever makes her happy michaela shayeleigh Stella Brandi skylar Jaycee Jamie kallie erika Elise griffin Isabel kaylee Jessica Corinne Cassidee cambree Kayleigh Kylie Lacey Laina maci and more after more
