Makkai ? vs. help please vs. any suggestions

So I didnt receive that much help yesterday so I decided to do another poll we still have no idea for a middle name and is the first name ok? will it age well? we are open to better suggestions if you have them. ~Rose

Assuming it’s a boy’s name I’d strongly suggest going for Malachi instead. For a girl, I’d prefer the alternative Michaela or Makenna.

I think the middle name should be very masculine/feminine to counterbalance a rather neutral name (unless I’m misinformed and there’s a clear gender in that name?).

I don’t care for it at all (if you are in the U.S.). Consider above Malachi or Micah, Macklean, MacMahon or any of the "Mack" names because Mc/Mack does mean "son of". The name Mack ages very well and can be sassy or sophisticated. GL!!

I like this name, but the spelling you came up with is horrible. I would use the spelling Mikai. Malachi is also a great name.
