How to vs. honour both vs. heritages?

My hubby’s Welsh and I’m Indian and we are expecting our first: b/g twins. We live in Wales, UK so want Welsh first names but Indian middle names. We want the first names to ’go’ with each other and our surname is Tailor-Harper. Please suggest names and sorry for the long post! Thanks! Owain and Tejal.
