Calla & Lily vs. Callie & Lily vs. Calliope & Liliana
We are having twin girls and we need help. I love Calla and hubby loves Lily, but we’re unsure of using both names as a Calla Lily is a flower. I like Callie also, but I prefer it as a nickname than a given name so we thought about Calliope nn Callie and Liliana nn Lily. What do you think? Thanks! - Anna

I would use Calla and Lily as their nicknames but name them Calliope & Liliana

Definitely don’t do Calla and Lily together. I also think Callie and Lily are too matchy/rhymey but it’s better than Calla and Lily. Definitely do Liliana and Callipe with nicknames.

Calla and Lily together would be too obvious.
Callie and Lily is too much of the same sound. If you say both names together it’s hard to distinguish where one ends and the other begins.
Calliope and Liliana are by far the best pairing. And super cute.

A Calliope is a circus organ. Kids won’t even have to make fun of her because her name would already be a joke.

If it were me I’d put the extra L in Lilliana.I like how both names would have the double L in the same place.Just a simple little thing but I always tend to notice details like that in names.
