In the US, Patric would look like someone forgot the k. I’m not sure about other countries and I guess it depends where you live.

I agree with you guys the Patric spelling does look off.. my husbands cousin Ryan Patric recently passed and thats where my husband came up with the spelling.. but i think well stick to Patrick.. i dont want him spending his whole life correcting people on spelling.. but I will mention the Padraic spelling.. i like that! thanks for all the help!-poll poster
