I voted Staisha, the other two spellings i would pronouce Stay-see-a

Stacia gets my vote. Staisha looks like you are making too much of an effort to spell it phonetically, dumbing it down a bit in the process. Stasia just looks off, somehow.

I’d pronounce those like this..

Stacia- stay-cee-a

Stasia- stah-sha

Staisha- stay-share

But, I actually do know a baby with the name Stasia (pronounced as I typed it)
