Anne Marie vs. Anna Maria vs. Anna Marie

Hey, I’m pretty set on having some form of this name. Which one?? I don’t know and I need you. I like Anna better than Anne and Marie better than Maria but I wasn’t sure if Anna Marie sounded too good. By the way, I do not plan to call her Anne or Anna, the Marie/Maria will be included. On that note, should Marie/Maria be a middle name or should Anna/Anne Marie/Maria be only the first name. If so, what are some good middle names.
