We need vs. help naming vs. our twins

Hello. We are adopting B/G twins from a teen mom. She really wants us to name the babies after things in nature. River for the boy and flower for the girl. There will no contact after delivery. Is it rude for us to tell her we dont like her names?? Advice and name suggestions are NEEDED. 2 sylable first names are prefrerred. Thank you so much for you help! ~Lauren & Adam Statton

I think it would be nice if she could have a bit of say in the names, it’s the only thing she’ll really have after the adoption. If you don’t like her picks for first names maybe as middle names? I think River is okay, maybe an actual Flower name instead of Flower? Violet, lily, Rose, Marigold, Ambrosia, etc.

You don’t have to say you don’t like the names, you can take her suggestion into consideration but choose their names based on what fits for you.... If there will be no contact, it would be better to be discreet anyway
