Alexa or Alexis. Alexia looks weird and I would pronounce it as if I had a lisp.

Alexa or Alexia :) I think if you choose Alexa, a lot of people will often assume her name is Alexandra but if you go with Alexia I don’t think you would have this problem. Both are pretty though!

My name is Alexia (mid 30’s female) and I appreciate having a unique name that is still phonetic, gender specific , easy to spell and pronounce... While Alexa/Alexis are no Katie/Sarah/Emma... they are far, far more common than Alexia.
