Zara is one of my favourite girls names. I think it is absolutely beautiful. It is a lovely, classic name that is underused but not weird or hard to pronounce. It is very classy, the English princess Zara Phillips is named it after all! I just adore the sound of it and think it is beautiful, good luck.

Zara is a stunning name, I have always loved it. I’m surprised it is not more popular than it is but I do like the fact it isn’t really common. People have still heard of it before though and it is simple and easy to say in English and many different languages. If you are thinking of naming your daughter this I definitely think you should, Zara Breslin sounds wonderful and flows very nicely!

I like that Zara sounds exotic, I believe it is of Arabic origin and means Princess. Britain’s Princess Anne named her daughter (Zara Phillips) this which gave the name an instant upper-cl[removed]tatus. The ONLY downside of this name I can think of is the world-wide clothing store ’Zara’ association, but even that isn’t bad- it sells lovely, classy clothes!
