Tate vs. Tatem vs. Tatum
Can’t decide on a first name for our son. Originally just thought Tate because we didn’t want him to deal with a nickname his whole life but now I’m unsure. We will call him Tate and a middle name of Daniel or James (both family names). Tatem/um has a nice ring to it but not sure of spelling? I feel like Tatum is more a girls spelling and typical but I don’t want him correcting people on the spelling of his name his whole life either if we do Tatem. So hard! Thanks for your help...

I think Tate as a given name is very handsome. Tatum is also nice and I much prefer this spelling.
