Name with A nickname vs. That rhymes With Ari?

Hi, I’m Stella and I’m helping my sister Violet find the perfect names for her twin girls. Baby A is already named Ariana/Arianna, though spelling is being decided on. Nickname will be Ari. Violet wants Baby B’s name to have a nickname that rhymes with Ari. Any suggestions? (Sidenote: father is out of the picture as he is currently in jail and Violet and him are not together. He wants nothing to do with the baby - so father’s opinion isn’t really high on the list, just Incase you wanted to know.) Thanks for your help! - Stella.

Ariana/Arianna is beautiful. How will it be pronounced? I think if you are going to pronounce it Ari-anna then use Arianna but if it will be pronounced Ari-ah-nuh then use Ariana. Personally I prefer Ariana. Ari is such a cute nickname by the way.

Poster of poll here. Violet pronounces it ah-ree-AH-na so I assume she’s going with Ariana. I agree, it’s a gorgeous name. (Slightly jealous that I didn’t think of it when I was pregnant!) On another note, Violet tells me to tell you(as she is incapable of communicating with you herself), that she likes Mallory, but she doesn’t like Mari/Mallie. Was I this picky during pregnancy - I don’t remember. Thanks for you help though. Any other suggestions?

I like the way she will pronounce Ariana the best :)
I assume you will pronounce Ari like ah-ree then not a-ree?

Does the name have to rhyme exactly?

Poster Of Poll here! Ari will be pronounced Ah-ree. Violet would prefer if it rhymed exactly but in all honesty, rhymes like Ari and Callie are fine. Thanks for all the help!
