Caine vs. Cain vs. Kane
Do you like these names for a boy? I always thought to spell it "Kane" but my husband wanted to spell it "Caine"; then there is the biblical spelling "Cain". I don’t want any association with the Cain and Able story! Thanks!

Spell it Kane..its a totally different name spelled that way in my opinion. I think its Japanese and means golden.

i like kane too. i think this is the only way i’ve seen it spelled so i’m more accepting of it, but either way, caine isn’t bad either. cain would definitely make me think of cain and abel.
Caine is more feminine IMO it’s not as strong looking. Kane is the way to go!
Or, there’s always Kaine/Kayne... some people think that looks feminine
I like Caine because it’s a surname and Kane looks all trendy to me, with the K. It just doesn’t look like a real name, while Caine does.

The only problem about Kane is that there is a 7 foot wrestler named Kane...that more and more people are starting to know. That could be a possiblity to think about when spelling it Kane...but I like that way the best.
