I love the name Lyra and had it on my list when we were trying to name our little girl (unfortunately, dh was not keen to it)!
That said, I would spell it Lyra.
It’s a pretty and unique name, no need to have a unique spelling as well.

I vote Lyra. I think that is pretty. FYI - I am glad you wrote how it would be pronounced because I assumed it would be pronounced (leer-a) Like the word Lyric, not Lie-Ra.
