Payton vs. Yes vs. No
I’m expecting my forth daughter. My older 3 girls have names that are pretty girly but I love Payton! I’m afraid Payton will look too boyish among really girly names. Should I use it anyways or should I look for another name? Suggestions are welcomed. Please vote yes if we should use it and no if we shouldn’t (just to clarify that:)) thanks, Leanne

Yes :) I’m a strong believer is using names you love, not names that ’match’. If you like it, go for it!
I LOVE Peyton for a girl!!! (I prefer this spelling) I think it is totally unisex and when paired with a feminine middle name is totally usable)
Peyton Elizabeth
Peyton Abigail
Peyton Addison
Peyton Elise

I love the name Payton, and I think the spelling Payton is better for a girl. Peyton seems more boyish to me. I agree with above poster on pairing it with a feminine middle name to help balance it out (although I don’t think Payton is too masculine, it is just unisex). GL!

It’s a good name. If you like it, use it. Payton is the girly spelling, and I think it’s one of those names that is truly unisex. No one sees it and immediately thinks one gender or the other.

I think it depends on the other girl’s names. Are they really trendy too? Then I think it would sound all right.

Use it! I’ve met two girls named Payton before and didn’t think it was masculine at all. I think the spelling Payton is more feminine anyways. Love it.
