Mysterious vs. Girl vs. Names???

I am writing a book and I need a pretty, but mysterious girl name for the main character :) She has wispy golden hair, deep sparkly drown eyes and is of regular height (is thirteen). She is found mysteriously on a beach by a resident of this seaside town in England. She adores the ocean... Any ideas??? Thanks and GL!
