Camila vs. Milena vs. Emilia

Hi, my name is Adriana! I am 17 weeks pregnant and I just found that I am getting my wish, a little girl! I love the name Mila, but people have been saying that it sounds like a nickname. My ex (Mila’s daddy) likes just Mila, with no longer name. I can probably use Mila and it would be fine, but I came up with three longer names. Camila, Milena, and Emilia. Mila will be 100% Mexican so they have to sound pretty in Spanish too. Cons are Camila sounds kind of like an older name, Milena is a little exotic, and Emilia sounds too classy, but I also love all of them and can’t choose!

I love Mila by itself!! It’s definitely strong enough to stand by itself. This is what I will be naming my daughter. The only name I think is just as pretty is Amila.

I’m not sure about Emilia though. I mean I like it, but I would hate if any called her Emmie and all the Em names are hella common right now.
It also sounds really classy and like uppity

Just go with Mila. A nickname could be Mimi. If this name was a "nickname" then you couldn’t really get another nickname out of it. I’m afraid the other name choices you have just aren’t as pretty. Mila is so beautiful on its own, go with it, it’s your child and they will get over it.

milena is a medical term for ’bleeding from the [removed]’ - not a good name

the other two are nice but i like emilia more
