I love Avia, Nilah, Penelope, Hanna, Alethea, Beckett, Caledon, Hayes, Cohen, Oliver, and Cadmus, but Josh doesn’t like any so it doesn’t matter.

You have to tell him to go and find some names he likes or else you’ll name it whatever you want. He cant just sit around like he’s the king and veto everything and not suggest anything himself. He sounds lazy and like he doesn’t care all that much. I would never accept such behaviour from my husband!

Anything he or yourself likes?

Put your foot down and basically tell him," Look here Mister I am tired of you telling me what to not name our child! If you shoot down another of my names without suggesting anything, I will go all pregnancy hormones crazy on you! " Haha... Yeah but don’t. Just tell him that you are the parent too and you should have a say in naming your child. I believe in you!

Ugh I feel your pain, my husband is doing the same thing for our little girl. The only names he likes are aria, venna, and ellery. GL!

Please tell him he needs to veto ONLY names that he HATES. If he doesn’t LOVE a name it is not a reason to veto. My husband vetoed all of my ideas, got to name both girls and I am still bitter about ’veto’ power many years later. Also your tastes may change over the next few months so give it time and don’t press him with new names every day. GL!
