I eliminated Aubree.

You might consider spelling the nn for Venice more phonically to get the pronunciation you’re looking for. Nicknames don’t have to be spelled the same way as the original name (ie. Victoria nn Vicky or Susan nn Sue). Maybe Neesa would cause less pronunciation confusion.
