Multiple nicknames? vs. Normal?
My husband and I were on here the other day and had decided on the name Lenora Katherine. We were wondering if it’s weird for a baby to have multiple nicknames. After telling only a couple people our name choice(they loved it btw!) she already has about three diff nicknames. I have taken a liking to the nickname Nora-Kate, which is what will be on the nursery wall, but my husband has been calling her Nory, and my mom has been calling her Nora. Will that be too confusing for her? Or is it somewhat normal for a child to be called multiple nicknames? Thanks for your help!

I have four nick names lol, everybody is different it just depends in what she feels more comfortable being called when she’s older

I wouldn’t worry about it, just go with it. Things like this seem to work themselves out. However, have you considered Nora Catherine? Lenora is beautiful, but it seems you all are leaning towards just Nora.

Well I actually am in love with both Lenora and Nora so she will most likely be called both. But besides that I think that Lenora ages a lot better than Nora and I like that Lenora is ranked #2123, while Nora is ranked in the top 100s last year. Thank you for the suggestion though :)

Nori bugs me since the Kardashian baby is nicknamed that. I think Lenora is gorgeous by the way.
