I would say it Nuh-Vay. Vay rhyming with May.
I’m pretty sure it’s made up, so Idk what the real pronunciation could be - this is just how I would say it

This is my foster daughter’s name. For her it is pronounced Nuh-vay-uh. However because I was not fond of the Name we will be changing it when we adopt her to Vaeh (Vay-uh).
