Amelia/Emilia vs. Camila/Camilla vs. Full names for Mila

We are having a daughter in a few weeks. We want a full name for Mila. Do you pronounce Amelia and Emilia differently ? Also I pronounce Camila (Cuh Meel uh) and Camilla (Cuh mill ah) WDYT ? Are there other full names for Mila ? She will join a sisters Scarlet Eve(5) Rhian Joy(3, prn Ree-ann) and Noelle Haley (18m)

Amelia and Emilia are different in my head when I say them......but they sound the same. I don’t know if that makes sense.....

You’re very smart to go with a fuller name for the cute-sounding Mila. Camila is gorgeous, and sounds better when she’s a grown woman who wants to go by something more substantial.
