The point of a site like this is to get real opinions on names. We don’t know you so we won’t tell you that a name is great when it’s not just because we don’t want to wreck our relationship with you. So if you want honest opinions, that’s what you’ll get. We’re not trying to hurt your feelings but it’s important to know what people are really thinking, not what they’ll say to keep from making you feel bad. After all, your child has to live with the name you pick.

I mean, to be honest, I don’t like it, but if you do...I guess the thing you should consider most is what will it be like for your child? You might find something very pretty but what will their life be like with the name you choose? I’m not even sure whether you’re having a boy or a girl...will other people have the same issue when your baby is little and still looks like it could be a boy or a girl? I can’t tell you, but these are some questions to ask yourself.

It’s just weird, and not in a good way. Just looks like someone was trying to be trendy and interesting, but in a boringly "lyn" kind of way. If you like the sound, just do Sutherland. At least it will be interesting and gutsy.
