Just so you know, Jezebel and Delilah were bad women in the Bible! REALLY bad.

I know that Jezebel was horrifying... hence the curse of Jezebel’s spirit. Delilah was also known for her betrayal of Sampson. But thank you for your kindness in reminding me! Please ladies... keep on going! I have some ideas in mind.... but im always open to new ideas! Emily

She’s not naming her kids after the PEOPLE from the Bible. She’s using the names that come from the Bible.

Perhaps two place names:
Eden and Bethany

Joda
Saba
Shalisa
Sara/h
Rebekah/Rebecca
Hannah
Abigail
Anna
Ariel
Candace
Chloe
Elizabeth/Elisabeth
Jada
Jemima
Joanna/Johanna
Julia
Leah
Lydia
Phoebe
Rachel
Salome
Susanna
Shiloh

These are not limited to names in the bible but also names that have "meaning" with God and such.

Congratulations! :]
Are you interested in having both first AND middle names be Biblical, or is it the first name is Biblical, or the middle? I’ll just try and give you some examples of each.

ALL Biblical:
Abigail Ruth and Lydia Magdalene
Adah Mary and Bethany Rachel
Rebecca Patience and Rachel Pearl (a same-letter one)
Sarah Grace and Hannah Joy
Sophia Judith and Anna Ruby
Sharon Hope and Julia Faith

FIRST NAME Biblical:
Rachel Claire and Hannah Brooke
Shiloh Marie and Chloe Brooke
Anna Faye and Grace Elizabeth
Magdalene (nn Meg?) Rose and Leah Hilde (HILL-dee)
Olivia Claire and Naomi Jordan
Lydia Violet and Phoebe Madison

MIDDLE NAME Biblical:
Hailey Ruth and Keira (like Keira Knightley) Rachel
Evelyn Sarah and Hattie Delilah
Piper Sophia and Jacqueline (nn Jackie?) Esther (one of my favorite sets :] )
Bailey Evangeline and Zoe Rebecca
Casey Magdalene and Stephanie Keturah
Jennifer (nn Jenny or Jenni?) Martha and Daylene (day-LEAN) Rebecca

Of course, feel free to mix and match! Good luck and God Bless!

Christella is beautiful and one of my favorite names and it means "Follower of Christ". Christella and Marivella would be pretty together.

The name Veronica is also in the bible. Though not mentioned in any of the four Gospels, St Veronica was supposed to have given a handkerchief to Jesus as he carried the cross. The face of Jesus later appeared on the handkerchief - this is known as the Veil of Veronica.
I really love this name and the name Lydia.

I have always loved Eden, Samara, Moriah/Mariah, Keila, Ariel, Shiloh and Israel for a baby girl--they are all places in the Bible.
If you’re looking for names from the Bible try Hannah, Leah, Rachel, Sarai/Sarah and Jael.
There’s also Genesis and Zion.
Hope it helps!
