How about Monroe as the middle name, that way it could still be her nickname. Then later in life she could coose to go by her middle name or first name. All of the other names you have picked are beautiful and they all sound good with Monroe.

I like the idea of Meredith Monroe nn Monroe. So she won’t have to go through life with a guy name. Or Marilyn. I going to be brutally honest so I just have to say i hate as a first name but it would be a great "special" nickname. One day she wll say Thank God you didn’t name me Monroe.

My daughters name is Monroe May. I met her daddy off Monroe Blvd where he grew up as I was walking by the river. Monroe means mouth of the river, or woman by the river. We met in May which is also his grandmas last name. Our 2 yr old gave her the nickname Roe roe soon after she was born. Monroe is 1 1/2 and is as strong and beautiful as her name. I have never regretted naming her that once and proud when people ask her name. Her sister is Nova Rose. Both unique but cant get mispronounced in spelling. My baby bears.
