I think Hazel and Isaac is better - they’re friends not lovers which makes more sense for siblings.

Yes, it would be very weird. This might have worked before the movie came out, but now the story is very well known and people will immediately question why you’d name siblings after lovers. Find a more subtle nod to the book or just use one of the names...or use both as middle names.
