Just like the differences between Mary and Marie with Rose at the beginning. Are you fom the US? If not, maybe there is not much difference. But in the US, I think most people would make those distinctions in pronunciation. What pronunciation are you going for?

Rosemarie = Rose-MAH-ree.
Rosemary = Rose-mare-ree.

Yes, Rosemarie and Rosemary are pronounced differently, just like Marie and Mary are.
Marie is pronounced - muh-ree
Mary is pronounced - mair-ee
Therefore, Rosemarie is pronounce rose-MUH-ree, and Rosemary is pronounced rose-MAIR-ee.

I once worked for a
German woman named Rose Marie....she pronounced her own name as "Rose-mare-ee"
just as we Americans pronounce Rosemary.

Rosemary = Rose-mare-ree.
The difference there really depends on your accent too... I don’t think there’s a big enough difference for it to be worth thinking about.
I like the spelling Rosemary best.
