My husband Mikey and I love the sound of the name Titan. We think it would be a cute name for our son who is due at the end of August. Do you think this name is good? Or just way too out there? If you think it’s too out there could you offer a different name? Thanks! Mikey and Jen :)

I, personally, am not a fan of Titan. In theory, it is nice, but I just can’t imagine the name Titan in a professional setting. What about Tristan, Tate, Teague, or Teagan?

The only Titan I’ve ever heard of was the 2 year old basketball champ that was on Jimmy Kimmel a lot. I don’t know if you are familiar with him but he made the name cute to me.😊

It’s NMS, but it is up to you. Another option is Titus which I’m also not fond of, but may be a little more mainstream.

Titan is OK BUT however I guarantee u he WILL get picked on when he is older. Look at the first 3 letters. Choose a different name. I wanna see u be brave!

Love it!! Very cool and very strong and handsome name!! I’d go for it!
Funny that the above poster points out something absolutely ridiculous and then guarantees you your son will get picked on and then says "I wanna see u be brave" umm really? Being brave is teaching your kids to be confident and strong. Not teaching them to be victims and coddle them trying to avoid some non-existent idea of something bad happening...
Titan is an awesome name, hope you don’t listen to the crazy people.
