I like Samia (sp this way) but I think if you can’t agree,on a full name, you should bin the idea and just call her Sami. I grew up with a girl called Sammy Jo. Everyone loved her name.
Naming your daughter shouldn’t leave either of you disappointed as someone will eventually have to back down. It should be a name that screams "yes I love this" at both of you.
