I like Zane best.
I would personally avoid both Zain and Zayn.
Zain because it looks like vain and Zayn is too connected with Zayn Malik (though his name was originally spelled Zain)

If you MUST name your child this name, go with "Zain". The other two will be widely associated with that boy-band One Direction, and I’m pretty sure you have more common sense than to put your child through that life-long atrocity...

Not to contradict you, poster #3, but Zane is the least connected to Malik, not Zain. Zain is actually his birth name, he uses the spelling Zayn because he prefers the way it looks. And I don’t think that there’s a problem with Zane. It’s handsome and I had met a Zane or two before One Direction started. It’s not the equivalent of naming her son Elton or Bowie or something.
