There really aren’t multiple ways of spelling names. There is/are correct spelling(s) and then there are misspellings.
Tegan is the correct spelling of a feminine Welsh name meaning "fair" (see http://www.behindthename.com/name/tegan).
There is also Teagan, which is a surname.
Teigan, Taigyn, etc. are contrived misspellings.
Go with Tegan.

My name is Tegan and quite honestly after 28 years no matter how it's spelt it will be mispronounced, I spent a few years trying out "Teegan" and "Teagan". The majority of the time I just go by T.
