Kennedy vs. Kennady vs. Kenadie

Whaich spelling do you like best for the name "Kennedy" for a girl. And the middle name will be Marie. Its not my personal favorite name for a girl but my sister loves it and just doesnt know which spelling is best. Other ways we have seen it: Kenadee, Kinadie, Kennedie. Please help- thanks Natalie

I love Kennedy...the other spellings look like typos...if you plan to change it up, Kennedi is the only other spelling that looks good

Kennedy. It looks silly and cheesy to change the spelling of a well known name. Anything but Kennedy is just going to be a pain the rear for her because no one will spell it correctly.

I’d definitely stay away from the -die endings. They make me want to pronounce the name "kenny die" plus having "die" in one’s name isn’t very nice.

I couldnt agree more with you. I think the first spelling is the best too and no one will ever spell her name wrong either. My sis just wanted something differnet but i think Kennedy for a girl is different enough. Thanks Everyone

I like the name Kennedy for a girl, with that spelling - don’t give it a weird spelling, it looks too trendy and made up! Kendall is also nice for a girl.

I don’t think it’s very smart to name a girl with a last name. If she finds Mr. Right who happens to be a Kennedy, she’ll be Kennedy Kennedy. Same with every other last name people are using on girls these days. Not that Kennedy is a bad name-- it’s very cute! It just doesn’t seem very smart to me in the long run.

The best would be Kennedy. I don’t really like the name though. Maybe Marie Kennedy would be better.
