You could use Wren. Or it could be the middle name (ie. Elizabeth Birdie). Or just name her whatever you want and use Birdie as a nickname anyway!

Really anything. That’s a nickname that really doesn’t need a full name corresponding to it. Elizabeth might go. I’ve heard Elizabeth’s nicknamed Bee before.

I would not use the name Birdie as an actually name, as someone else suggested. It’s a cute nickname, but would look kind of ridiculous as a real name.
