Although I like the uniqueness of Seraphima and it does sound really gorgeous. It would constantly be thought of as a misspelling and she would have to correct people a lot, and Seraphina is already pretty unique so it’s probably the safest option.

Seraphina gets my vote. It’s much prettier than the other one.

I realize that you’re trying to get closer to the word seraphim. But seraphim is actually a plural form of seraph. Since your little angel will be one person (a seraph) and not several (a dozen seraphim), using Seraphina makes sense. That’s why the names is historically Seraphina/Serafina. It’s from the singular, seraph.
