Charlotte Keliah- Charlotte is very trendy and common and Keliah is cute but it seems to be hidden behind the commonness of Charlotte. The combination just seems to clash. Id say go with the uncommon name and make it work...Keliah Anne or Keliah Jane could be options to look at.

Hazel Anne- both names are reminiscent of days gone by. Hazel would be cute accompanied with a slightly more modern middle name like Hazel Alexandra/Annelise? I just feel like Hazel Anne lacks pizzaz.
Lelah Jane: Lelah reads out as L-elle-uh... Not familiar with that name. Leila/Leela or Layla are cute.

Like charlotte. Not sure how to pronounce keliah-- Kelly-ah or ka-lee-ah or kee-lee-a?

Keliah is pronounced ka-lee-ah. I do like Hazel Annalise or Hazel Adeline.
