I say it as Ay-lee-ah-nuh which I prefer in which case I think Aliana is best, no question, it’s just more stunningly beautiful... but pronouncing Alianna as Al-lee-anna as opposed to how I would normally pronounce it as Ay-lee-anna is actually quite soft and pretty... I think if you’re set on using Al as opposed to Ay then I actually like anna, though I voted Ana cause I like Ah-liana best. So my initial vote goes to Aliana pronounced Ah-lee-ah-nuh.

Aliana (al-ee-ah-nuh) is more gorgeous. It has the feel of like an Arabian or Indian princess or something and Alianna (al-se-ann-uh) is more country and girl next door type of pretty.

The second one, al-ee-AH-nah. So many other names that end in ana or anna are pronounced like that, for example Gianna, that that’s automatically how I want to pronounce both of them.
