The top choices are most likely to be pronounced as Kay-lah and the bottom ones are most likely to be pronounced as Kye-lah.

My name is Kyla. The H is unnecessary. And the first two I would pronounce Kay-lah as well.

Kai is supposed to be pronounced like ky not kay so I think you’re fine there because that’s actually correct. So I LOVE Kailah because it’s very unique. I know way too many Kyla’s
