Olaf vs. Olav

I’m living in the UK but want to give my son a name of his heritage in Norway. I love Olaf/Olav. Which spelling do you think is better and, as English speakers, do you find it easy to say or have any good or bad associations?

I was going to mention the "Frozen" association, too. I’m not sure if it’s good or bad or other, but there will definitely be that association.

I was going to mention the Frozen thing. Plus Disney is making a Frozen themed ride, so it’s not going anywhere.
