It’s cute IMO. I like Kenzie, Kenzia (kenz-ya), Kezia (kez-ya), or Keziah (kez-ya).

Kensi spelling is not feminine and it’s trashy, just like Kenzie. Sorry.
I’d use the name McKenzie/Mackenzie/Makenzie nn Kenzie or not use it at all. Kenzie is a nickname, not a full name.
